As a lady of many trades, creativity fuels both my work and play. And while this sounds like the perfect deal, it can certainly get overwhelming. It can be difficult to draw the line when your mind is never really takes a break from creating and making. I know I can’t be the only one.
That’s why my latest article at Verily Magazine is all about de-cluttering that creative noggin of yours. This is so (so) important for two reasons:
1) De-cluttering your mind decreases stress levels and improves overall mental and emotional health.
2) De-cluttering opens up room for your biggest and brightest ideas.
Visit Verily Magazine to read the full article and let me know what you do to clear your mind. I’d love to hear your thoughts!
