This might very well be one of my crazier, time consuming ideas…which automatically means that it’s one of my favorites! Over at the eHow Style blog, I created a pair of Beaded Strappy Sandals using a simple wire and bead technique. The method is quite simple, but the overall tutorial can admittedly take quite some time. But hey, nothing like some wine and a couple episodes of your favorite show can’t handle.

I used seed beads, but I’d love to try this out with chunkier stone and metal beads. Like I said in the post, no one will ever believe that you embellished them yourself! Head on over to eHow’s Style blog to check out the tutorial.
