I have a confession to make. Up until a month ago, my vanity has been a hot mess. Being a crafty lady who makes things for work and play can get out of hand sometimes. I think my problem was having one too many jewelry holders – everything was everywhere. I finally got rid of a few containers and decided to condense everything into one; this is where a vintage cigar box came to the rescue. Because it had multiple compartments, I was able to divvy up bracelets and earrings. For the compartments with earrings, I added rolls of black felt with hot glue. My vanity looks SO much better!
